Booking Policy

Primal Instincts & Co. – Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Primal Instincts & Co. for your makeup services! We want to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our clients. Please read through our booking policy to understand the terms of service.

1. Appointment Confirmation and Grace Period

  • A valid credit card is required to book all appointments.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. There will be a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. We value your time and appreciate your understanding.

2. Photos and Media Usage

  • By booking an appointment, you grant Primal Instincts & Co. permission to take and use photos or videos of your makeup look. These images may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos or videos used, please notify us in advance, and we will respect your preferences.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Rescheduling

  • No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit the full payment.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of the total service amount.
  • Rescheduling: We no longer allow appointment transfers to other days. If you need to reschedule, you will be required to make a new booking and repay for the service.
  • Forfeited Appointments: If you miss or cancel your appointment, both the appointment and the payment will be forfeited.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Primal Instincts & Co. In cases of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will work to resolve any concerns.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or no-shows.

5. Service Agreement

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Any additional requests or special accommodations must be made before the appointment.
  • No Phone while being serviced in chair unless hands free. Texting, scrolling or gaming is not permitted during service.
