1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Items that have been opened, tested, or used are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for cosmetic products. If eligible, you may return an item and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Ingredient sensitivities vary from person to person. We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivity once a product has been opened or used.
