**Booking Policy for Primal Instincts Cosmetics**

**1. Non-Refundable Appointments**  
All appointments booked with Primal Instincts Cosmetics are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

**2. Grace Period**  
Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the payment will not be refunded. We encourage timely arrival to ensure the best possible experience.

**3. Cancellations and Rescheduling**  
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your payment.

**4. Refunds**  
Any and all requests for refunds will be evaluated solely at the discretion of Primal Instincts Cosmetics. Factors considered may include, but are not limited to, the nature of the service rendered, client circumstances, and company policy.

**5. Acknowledgment**  
By booking an appointment with Primal Instincts Cosmetics, you acknowledge and agree to these policies in full. 

**Photography Policy for Primal Instincts Cosmetics**

 1. **Consent for Photography**  

Primal Instincts Cosmetics may take photos during appointments for promotional and marketing purposes. By booking an appointment, you grant us permission to use these images on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.

2. **Opting Out**  

   If you prefer not to have your images used for promotional purposes, please inform us prior to your appointment. We will respect your wishes and will not photograph you without consent.

3. **Privacy in Photography**  

   We prioritize your privacy and will not share or sell your images to third parties without your consent.
